Burning Permits
All residents within the limits of the Town of Hampton are required to be in possession of a valid burning permit for any outdoor burning 12 months of the year.
Permits for general yard clean-up can be obtained in person only at the Town Office, 27 Centennial Rd., Hampton, NB during normal business hours.
Persons wishing to install an ornamental outdoor fireplace/stove or fire pit, please call 832-6456 to arrange for a site inspection.

Any residents living outside the boundaries of the Town of Hampton do not require a permit as per Dept. of Natural Resources rules.  Burning is regulated by the DNR toll free information line at 1-866-458-8080 from April to October.  The remaining months are regulated by the NB Dept. of Environment.
